Seasons Greetings from Western Australia, where we're in summer now and have just sweltered through a 40C (104F) day!

New German Release!

For all my German language fans - I'm excited to tell you that "Morden und Tee trinken (Ein Oxford-Tearoom-Krimi 3)" is out now!

Ich freue mich, euch mitteilen zu können, dass der 3. Band meiner Oxford-Tearoom-Krimis gerade auf Deutsch erschienen ist. Er ist ab sofort bei Amazon erhältlich. Ein neues Abenteuer mit Gemma Rose, Tearoom-Besitzerin und Ermittlerin wider Willen, ihrer frechen Katze Müsli und den schrägen Silberlocken wartet auf euch!

Der vierte Band der Oxford-Tearoom-Krimis wird gerade übersetzt und erscheint planmäßig im Frühjahr 2021. Der nächste spannende Fall mit Gemma Rose und den Silberlocken wird also nicht lange auf sich warten lassen.

Upcoming Books:

The last book in my Barefoot Sleuth Mysteries will be releasing in Jan 2021, followed by FRONDS AND ENEMIES, Book 5 in my English Cottage Garden Mysteries a month or so later.

After that will be Book 7 in the 'Bewitched by Chocolate' Mysteries - I haven't come up with a good pun-y title for that yet. If you have any ideas that combine "chocolate words" with magic & witchcraft, please do let me know! :-)

And then the next Oxford Tearoom Mystery (Book 11) will be coming after that... so whichever series is your favourite, you'll have a new book coming soon! :-)

I hope you're all keeping well and celebrating the festive season however best you can during these strange times.

We're having a very quiet Christmas (I'm in the middle of a first draft and writing doesn't stop for the holidays!). Our families & close friends are scattered around the world, so I think there are going to be quite a few Zoom sessions this weekend! ;-)

For all those who've been asking after my mother (thank you!) - she's recovered from her spine operation and has been keeping well, and will hopefully be getting the Covid vaccine soon (she's 71yrs old).

Australia has closed all international borders since March this year (we are banned from leaving the country, unless we can get an exemption, and if we do leave, there's no guarantee we'll be allowed back in) and that policy is likely to remain through most of next year, so I don't know when I'll be able to travel and see my mother. It could be another year before I see her in person again.

But as long as she stays safe & healthy, that's the important thing! :-) Here's a photo from a past Christmas we spent together.
